Coconut Threads are made from the dried white flesh of organically grown coconuts - without the use of sweeteners or preservatives so the natural flavour and aroma of the coconut is retained.  They can be enjoyed raw, or lightly toasted. They add a wonderful texture to biscuits, make a beautiful garnish for desserts and are a great addition to nut or trail mixes and cereal mixes.
